Payments & Invoicing


Lionbridge now offers three payment methods. Please click on the buttons below for information about each payment method as well as instructions on how to set them up.

 

 

Important Information

  • Payment success highly depends on the appropriate selection of the currency for any transaction with Lionbridge, the bank, and the account location.
  • It may take up to 10 days for new payment preferences and finance details to be applied to your partner account.
  • The recipient account and the payment setup should be 100% compatible with the selected payment method. If you are looking to change the currency and/or account country under the Payment Details section of your partner profile, please open a Support Request so that our team can assist you in order to avoid payment interruptions.
  • All Lionbridge payments are issued on the 5th or 20th of the month. This includes any re-issuing of payments if funds are returned to Lionbridge. If the 5th or 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the next working day.
  • Your Bank and/or PayPal details will be stored on Lionbridge systems. You can always ask for this information to be removed via the buttons on the Payment Details page for each payment method.
