We are pleased to inform you that we successfully performed an upgrade of our payment system on September 18th. The upgrade introduces a more powerful validation of the banking fields on our Community Portal, minimizing the risk of having a payment delayed because of an unsupported or mistyped character.
If you received a payment from Lionbridge in the last 18 months, your current banking information was carried over to the new system. Make sure to check the accuracy of your banking data by clicking on PROFILE>Finance Details.
If you did not receive a payment from Lionbridge during that timeframe, you may be required to fully resubmit your banking information.
