As announced during our most recent external Town Hall, Lionbridge will gradually centralize support materials, frequently asked questions and knowledge content from the Lionbridge Community Portal in a powerful platform, Zendesk. The Help Center will allow you to find virtually any reply to questions you may have about your collaboration with Lionbridge (payments, tools, processes, and much more).
You will be able to type your question in the Help Center search bar (recommended!), or in the new "Lionbridge bot" at the bottom of each page (button with "? Help" on it). Articles matching your questions will quickly appear.
You can also let us know whether an article was useful and make suggestions to the Lionbridge Community Management team. Make your voice heard! We will review your input, fine-tune our articles and add missing articles as needed.
We have already published articles that cover most of your frequent questions, and new content is being added in coming weeks.
Please note that you should still use the current Support > Create Ticket menu to raise support requests, but expect to see a new ticketing form being rolled out in the next few weeks.
